Acceptance of Token Purchase Terms

By purchasing NutriGenAI tokens, you explicitly agree to adhere to our specialized token purchase terms outlined in this agreement. These terms are specific to transactions involving NutriGenAI tokens and are in addition to the general terms and conditions of using the NutriGenAi platform.

Acknowledgment of Risks

Investing in cryptocurrencies, including NutriGenAI tokens, involves substantial risk. The value of tokens is highly volatile and may fluctuate widely due to factors beyond our control, including market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements. You acknowledge that:

• Investment Risk: You accept all financial risks associated with the purchase of NutriGenAI tokens, which could lead to a loss of your entire investment.
• No Guarantee of Value: There is no guarantee that NutriGenAI tokens will maintain their value or increase in value at any time. They may lose value, even to the point of becoming worthless.
• Regulatory Uncertainty: The regulatory status of cryptographic tokens, blockchain technology, and distributed ledger technology is unclear or unsettled in many jurisdictions. Changes in laws or regulations may materially and adversely affect the use, transfer, exchange, and value of NutriGenAI tokens.
• Technology Risk: The underlying software application and technology are in early development stages and are prone to errors, bugs, and vulnerabilities, which may result in total loss of accessibility or security breaches.
  
  

Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, ownership, or use of NutriGenAI tokens, the potential appreciation or depreciation in the value of NutriGenAI tokens over time (if any), the sale and purchase of NutriGenAI tokens, and/or any other action or transaction related to NutriGenAI tokens has tax implications; you are solely responsible for your compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

Consumer Protection Warning

Please note:

• NutriGenAI tokens are not investments, currencies, securities, commodities, swaps on either securities or commodities, or a financial instrument of any kind.
• Purchases and sales of NutriGenAI tokens are not protected by any laws governing those types of financial instruments.
• This agreement does not constitute a prospectus or offering document, and is not an offer to sell, nor the solicitation of an offer to buy any investment or financial instrument in any jurisdiction.
  
  

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the liability of NutriGenAi, its affiliates, and service providers exceed the amount you paid to us for the purchase of NutriGenAI tokens. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of NutriGenAI tokens.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing NutriGenAI tokens, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, and that you are taking all responsibility for your actions related to the purchase and use of NutriGenAI tokens. If you have any questions about these terms, it is your responsibility to seek advice before agreeing.
